              Greetings Brethren,

The Feast of Tabernacles and the Last Great Day – Sept. 19 thru Sept. 26, 2013 - will be held in Portage, WI at the Best Western Resort and Conference Center.  Portage is approximately one half hour north of Madison - 90 miles northwest of Milwaukee. The opening service will be Wed. evening, Sept. 18th at 7:30 PM, with services the following day at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Both housing and the meeting hall will be at the Best Western. Standard motel rooms will be blocked for us at a cost of $50.00 per night, including tax, with a continental breakfast included. All rooms have a microwave and small refrigerator. Other amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, wireless internet in all rooms, and a guest computer in a room just off the lobby.  There is a coin operated Laundromat for guests on the premises.

The motel is five stories with elevator service to all upper floors. In addition to the standard rooms there are one room suites available on the fifth floor for $65.00 per night, and 2 room suites on the end of each floor at $95.00 per night. Both prices include tax. Please book early, especially if you need adjoining rooms or have other special needs. 
    
Reservations should be made thru the church by Aug. 30th, along with a deposit of $100.00 payable to Church of God and mailed to PO Box 406, Hustisford, WI 53034, USA.  Anyone requiring 2nd tithe assistance should contact me as soon as possible. No one should stay home from the feast for lack of funds.

There will be a group buffet luncheon on the first day of the feast between services and on the Sabbath between the Holy Days. On the Last Great Day there will be a group brunch around 10:30 AM. All three meals will be served at a local restaurant. There is no charge for the meals; however, a donation is requested to help defray costs. 

A bowling outing is planned for the group: also a bocce ball tournament. Mini golf, and/or a boat trip on the Wisconsin River are being considered – time and weather permitting. All group outings are at no charge.
