Feast of Tabernacles 2025
Tenkiller State Park, Oklahoma - October 8 - 15, 2025
Site Summary
Hello Brothers and Sisters!
Thank you for considering our group for your 2025 Feast of
Tabernacles! This year, we will be hosting our Feast of Tabernacles at
Tenkiller State Park in eastern Oklahoma. Tenkiller State Park in Vian,
Oklahoma is known as Oklahoma's “heaven in the hills.” The sparkling
blue waters of Lake Tenkiller offer water enthusiasts an abundance of
recreational opportunities between 130 miles of shoreline and 13,000
surface acres. The park’s plentiful amenities and lodging options make
it a favorite destination for all ages. We will have daily church
services in an indoor, heated & cooled meeting room that is
located on site. We will also have planned events throughout the feast
that are focused on fun and fellowship, to include everyone who comes.
We look forward to meeting and feasting with you.

About Us & What To Expect At Our Feast:
We are a small, independent, home church group. We come from a
Church of God background which had a lot of focus on world news and
Bible prophecy. Some of our members are multi-generational Sabbath and
Feast keepers, others were raised in the faith since birth, and our
“youngest babe” in the group was baptized earlier this year. Between
our teachers, we have an online ministry,
a prison ministry outreach, we preach every other week at a 7th day
congregation and have published a magazine that discusses world news in
the light of Bible prophecy. During the Feast of Tabernacles, our
teachers and elders will be available for baptism counseling and
baptisms, prayer & anointing, and blessing of the children for
protection. (For any first-timers thinking of joining us, please note
that we keep the Holy Days in Leviticus 23 and we observe the clean
dietary laws spoken of in the Bible.)
Our more traditional-style services will be held daily at 11 am. Our
dress code is anything from casual to classy, but we do ask that you
please dress modestly. We say the name Jesus Christ, but don’t mind if
you prefer to call Him by His other names. We will have a mix of old
hymns and more modern praise and worship music for our song services.
We don’t mind snacking and beverages during our services, but we ask
that you please bring your snacks in containers that open quietly, as
to not disrupt others during the messages. Speaking of that, we record
our messages for our internet archives and we’re hoping to live stream
during the feast as well. So, if you have small children who may start
to cry or become disruptive during services, we ask in advance that you
please take them outside until they calm down.
Accommodations
Tenkiller State Park offers RV and tent sites scattered between seven
campgrounds. Online reservations must be made for the RV and tent
campsites. Primitive campgrounds are also available for those who
prefer one. A total of seven comfort stations with restrooms and
showers are available in the park, and there are two on-site waste dump
stations.
In addition to the tent and RV campgrounds, Tenkiller State Park guests may choose from 38 cabins, ranging from one to three-bedroom styles. All the cabins, except for the three-bedroom models, are duplexes. Cabins are equipped for the maximum number of guests with linens, full kitchens, heat, air conditioning and satellite television. In addition, many cabins are pet friendly. (Please see their website or call the park office for more details.) Book your lodging directly through Tenkiller State Park.
Parking: If you are renting a cabin or a campsite for the feast, each family will be given a free parking pass for ONE vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle, you will have to pay for a daily parking pass for each vehicle that exceeds the one. Parking passes are $10/day for anyone who resides outside of Oklahoma, and $8/day for Oklahoma residents. *PLEASE NOTE: if you are planning to share a cabin or campsite with another person or family, only ONE of the vehicles per site will be given a free parking pass.

Feast Schedule
This year's theme for the Feast of Tabernacles is: Kingdom Treasures.
Our planned fellowship events include a "White Elephant Get Acquainted
Night," a "Campfire S'mores Sing-Along Night," a Bible Study Night, a
"BBQ Picnic and Lawn Games Afternoon," our annual "Wine and Cheese
Social," a "Gift Basket Raffle Night," and a "Clear Your Tabernacle
Fellowship Meal." The following information will give you more details
about our planned events.
- White Elephant/Get Acquainted Night:
A White Elephant gift exchange involves bringing wrapped, anonymous gifts to a gathering, then taking turns opening and potentially stealing them from one another. The goal is to have fun with the gift selection and the swapping process, with the game ending after all gifts have been opened and a set number of steals have occurred. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the rules: - Gift Preparation: Wrapped and Anonymous: Each person who would like to participate brings a wrapped gift, making it impossible to guess the contents or the giver. It doesn't have to be an expensive gift, and it can even be a silly gag gift. We just ask that you bring something that's new or in good condition.
- Gameplay: Number Drawing: Participants draw numbers to determine the order in which they'll select gifts.
- Opening and Stealing: The first person opens a wrapped gift. Subsequent players can either open a new gift or steal one from someone else.
- Gift Retirement: A gift can only be stolen once per turn. A gift is usually retired after being stolen a set number of times (often three).
- Game End: The game typically ends when all wrapped gifts are opened and the final player has had a turn.
- F.O.T. Get Acquainted Rules: When it's each person's turn, before choosing or stealing a gift, they must first introduce themselves. We want to hear things like, where you're from, tell us about your family--married with children/grandchildren, what you do for a living, how many years you've been attending the Feast of Tabernacles, etc., etc.
- Additional Tips: Consider Gag Gifts: White Elephant is a great opportunity for fun, silly, or unexpected gifts. Be Creative: The gift wrapping itself can be part of the fun and mystery. Have Fun: The goal is to enjoy the exchange and the playfulness of the game.
- Campfire S'mores Sing-Along Night:
Bring your musical instruments (or just your voices), graham crackers, and your favorite chocolates for a fun night of campfire fellowship. *But be sure to pre-purchase your kosher marshmallows before the Feast, as they are usually only found online. Amazon is a great place to find them.* - Wine and Cheese Social:
This has been a favorite event for many years. Everyone brings one bottle of their favorite wine (or a wine they'd like to try), a favorite or interesting cheese, as well as anything you feel would pair well, like fruits, chocolates, olives, nuts, etc. We then set everything out in our best charcuterie style for everyone to share and enjoy fellowship. We also vote on our favorite wine and wine/food pairing. - Gift Basket Raffle:
Everyone who is able and would like to participate brings one (or more) gift baskets filled with goodies to be raffled off. Each basket usually has a theme. Some baskets in the past were filled with items that focused on that year's Feast theme, some were fall-themed, some were Bible & scripture-themed, some were kid-themed, some were coffee or tea-themed, some were filled with homemade edible goodies, some were filled with crafty or handmade goods, etc., etc. We sell raffle tickets throughout the Feast for $1 per ticket. Each basket will be assigned a number, and you will put your raffle ticket into the container associated with the basket you hope to win. Raffle tickets will be blindly drawn from each container to try and give everyone a chance to win. However, there is no limit to the number of tickets that you can put in each container to try and win. Ticket sales go towards the cost of the meeting room and other such items needed to host a fun feast for everyone. Reminder: This year's theme is Kingdom Treasures.
