Site Summary

Our Father provided a place with streams in the Appalachian foothills near Jackson for those interested in keeping His feasts. We look forward to all He has in mind for us, as we meet with Him there. Our daily discussions welcome open Bibles and minds, with pliable hearts.

Study Times

There are no special speakers planned, but we look forward to each person contributing the riches our Father has given them. The Bible says to bring an offering - even daily - and we see how that can be fulfilled in many ways: by sharing ideas, spiritual experiences, Bible study facts and inspirations, produce of the land, willing hands to help, watchful eyes, alert spirits. We also like to bless the camp financially and help out with small work projects, as the Spirit leads.

Accommodations

We stay at a Christian summer camp for kids. It’s rustic and secluded - not a resort - but comfortable, accommodating and homey. There are rooms, bunk cabins, a few RV spaces and some grassy areas for tenting. Rates are $20-50/night, depending on the accommodation and number.

Kitchen facilities, bathrooms and showers are available for all to use. Preparing breakfast individually, lunch and supper communally has worked well for us. We have access to the whole facility, with indoor and outdoor activities and meeting places available for whatever our needs turn out to be.
