Feast of Tabernacles 2016
October 3-12, 2016
Site Summary
God provided “a place” in the Appalachians foothills of eastern
Kentucky between Hazard and Jackson for those interested in keeping the
360 or 364 day calendar feasts. We are looking forward to all He has in
mind for us as we meet with Him there.
Services
Our goals would be to fellowship around the Bible each day - in all our conversations - and to learn from each other. There are no special speakers planned, but we are looking forward to each person bringing forward the riches God has given them. The Bible says to bring an offering - even daily - and we see how that can be fulfilled in many ways: by sharing ideas, spiritual experiences, Bible study facts and inspirations, the produce of your land, funds, willing hands to help, watchful eyes and alert spirits, etc.
Accommodations
We will be tabernacling at what is normally a summer camp for kids. It
is rustic and secluded - not a resort - but comfortable, accommodating
and homey.
There are rooms, bunk cabins, several RV spaces and a grassy
area for tenting.
(Rates are $10 to $50/night.) It is not a large facility, but we think
it will work well for us. There are some outdoor recreational
activities available, as well as an indoor game room, and there is a
year-round mountain stream that bubbles its song along one side of our
main firepit-pavilion-tent area.
We are planning to prepare our own food; breakfast individually, lunch and supper communally. There is a pavilion with a large fire pit close to the tenting area. Weather permitting, we hope to use these for most of our interactions. There are bathrooms and showers available.
Registration and Contact Information
If you think you might be interested in this sort of camp setting and
goals, please contact us at easternKY360.364feasts@gmail.com.
We will be getting back to you with more information and some
questions. Please feel free to ask us questions, as they will be
learning experiences for those of us facilitating the site. May God be
honored by each person’s efforts.

Feast Schedule
October 2 in the afternoon the facility opens for us.
October 3 is the beginning of Feast of Tabernacles on the 360 calendar.
October 5 begins the feast week for the 364 day calendar.
We plan to have a special community meeting on those days, on the
weekly Sabbath of October 8, and on the Last Great Day, October 10
and/or 12.
