Myrtle Beach, SC
Feast of Tabernacles 2019
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
September 13-23 2019
Site Summary
This is an informal get together for the Feast of Sukkot
(Tabernacles). Although informal, we want to help facilitate
getting together and planning activities so we can have fun, celebrate,
and practice the way Yehovah (יהוה) intended us. Men were
required to travel for 3 feasts a year, and we want to keep the focus
on those men and their edification.
Please do not expect any formal preaching or teaching, although we plan to have several group activities during the feast. We'd like to give everyone many opportunities to get to know each other better through scheduling testimony time, Q&A Scripture time, and other activities.
Location of Services
We will be staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations listed below.
We will be spending the week relaxing and enjoying the week of Sukkot.
Things will be very informal. Although, we are passionate with the
Scriptures and will be providing venues to get together and discuss
them.

like to come on Sept 13. Based on finances, we will be coming
from Sept 15 - Sept 20. Feel free to plan your feast how you
would like to.

Additional Information
FOOD - We obey the laws of clean and unclean that are stated in Vayiqra (Leviticus) 11 and Devarim (Deuteronomy) 14. We request that, if you do not follow these laws, you will at least be respectful, and only bring foods that are considered clean to any meals that we might have together.
CLOTHING - This is the beach, but modest clothing is appreciated.
SAFETY - As the host, we have some responsibility to facilitate a safe environment. We suggest you do not travel alone as a woman (single, widow, etc), but if you do, that you keep your interactions safe during your time here. We are not discouraging meeting people, but be wise and always have someone who will look out and protect you.
OTHER APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
Children - We have 12 children ourselves, so we understand the blessing but also the responsibility. Your number one responsibility is to your family and children at this event. All other responsibilities, events, and activities come second.
Children and Adult Group Activities -
Please have a plan (within your children) to keep adult activities from being distracted.
